• No entity other than Healthesystems  has access to the contracted rates between Healthesystems and its' providers.  Healthesystems contracted rates will only be applied to services requested directly by Healthesystems or services that are authorized by and billed to Healthesystems at the provider's request.  All payments to the provider for such services will be made by Healthesystems.
