Our History
Healthesystems was started with a vision to create the next generation pharmacy benefit management program combining the latest technology with innovative new ideas to overcome the numerous industry challenges. Founded in 2002 by pharmacy benefit management industry experts Ron Roma and Daryl Corr, these industry pioneers capitalized on over two decades of industry knowledge and successes to take pharmacy management to the next level and as a result, a new customer-focused company was created.
Mr. Roma's deep involvement and history in the PBM industry has attracted many talented industry experts to our company. We are fortunate to have a highly experienced leadership team in place, led by Daryl Corr, the company's President.
Under the leadership and vision of these deeply committed and knowledgeable individuals, we maintain a proven track record of continually developing new and improved methods to service the workers’ compensation industry.
Since its inception, technology and clinical expertise have played key roles in developing the Company’s core service offerings. Starting with a highly automated pharmacy benefit management program, we capitalized on our real-time, prospective transaction adjudication expertise to develop an industry changing program for managing ancillary medical services.
