Matt Collins, Vice President of Business Process Audit

Matt Collins is responsible for leading the billing audit documentation strategy for Healthesystems with a focus on audit controls, process documentation and production validation of existing Pharmacy Benefit Management solutions.

Under his leadership, the Audit Group helps the Company accomplish governance objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, compliance activities and evaluating the work of external auditors. His group also identifies, documents and monitors current system business processes and recommends quality assurance enhancements where appropriate.

Matt began his career with Healthesystems by leading the Program Management Department and was responsible for providing business analysis, project management, and software quality assurance services to the entire company.

With over 15 years of IT and software development experience, Matt has fulfilled a number of roles within the Information Technology arena and has helped to grow the Healthesystems IT department into a recognized technology leader in the industry.
